We, the Rubisch family, are a small family business. You could also call us a manufacturer. Our work is inspired by a deep love for olive trees. And if you find these trees magical and attractive, then you inevitably become interested in the olive oil produced by these fantastic trees.
We therefore saw it as a kind of calling to take a closer look at this topic so that we could offer ourselves and our customers the highest-quality, healthiest olive oil. Early harvesting and immediate processing are the keys to our exceptional olive oil.
Due to our proximity to the Mediterranean and our strong connections with local oyster farmers, we came up with the idea a few years ago to launch an annual, limited-edition run of 200 bottles. These bottles have been stored in the sea for 2 months. This creates beautiful, unique bottles, individually crafted by nature, which reflect the proximity of our olive grove to the Mediterranean.
