It showcases a variety of positive olfactory attributes such as green olive leaf, undertones of green grass and green almonds, banana and subtle notes of artichoke. The taste profile is highly complex and corresponds positively to the olfactory, with medium bitterness and is pungent, while being sweet.
4 C Azeites, Unipessoal Lda, is an olive oil producer located in Serpa, in the Baixo Alentejo region of Portugal, managing 30 hectares of olive groves cultivated with the varieties Cobrançosa, Frantoio, and Koroneiki.
The company also owns and operates a modern, state-of-the-art olive oil mill on its farm, Monte Novo de Canivetes, ensuring full control of quality from cultivation to extraction.
