Blend Soave – Albori is a refined blend obtained from Leccino and Peranzana olives, carefully selected to create an extra virgin olive oil of elegance, balance, and strong personality.
It is distinguished by its low acidity and high concentration of polyphenols, reflecting both its premium quality and its nutritional value.
With a medium fruity profile, this olive oil is gentle yet expressive, combining softness with a distinctive and memorable character. Its colour is a bright yellow enhanced by delicate green reflections, highlighting its freshness.
The geographical position, climate and terroir of our land are the basis of the quality of the olive trees used to produce Albori, our oil. The predominantly Mediterranean climate, characterized by low rainfall and seasonal temperature variations, and the highly calcareous soil with good drainage capacity, make our area perfect for growing our flagship cultivars – Peranzana, Leccino, and Coratina.
