Only a few hours pass between harvesting and pressing, allowing us to preserve all the healthy properties of this unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. Bottle after bottle, you can experience its natural strength, including valuable plant compounds such as polyphenols, known for their powerful antioxidant properties. Our production is guided by market demand to ensure that the olive oil reaching you has not been bottled for a long period of time, as prolonged storage accelerates oxidation and the gradual loss of its beneficial qualities.
Al’Oleo is the passion project of two young entrepreneurs whose roots are deeply connected to the land of liquid gold. Inspired by their love of fine food and the challenge of finding truly high-quality delicacies across long distances, they created Al’Oleo to bring unfiltered extra virgin olive oil directly from century-old olive trees to the table.
For many years, olive oil has been part of their family tradition and daily life.
