Altiplano Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil produced from the Picual variety. It is characterised by high green fruitiness, balanced by medium bitterness and pungency, offering a fresh, vibrant, and well-structured sensory profile typical of high-quality Picual olive oils.
The olive trees from which the olives pressed in the Almazara come from are located in the municipal areas of Ontur (Albacete) and mainly Jumilla (Murcia). Specifically, in the northwest of the Altiplano Murciano, in its northern border with Campos de Hellín.
