Antico Frantoio Doglia’s special characteristics are strictly connected to the terroir of Impruneta: a combination of sun, altitude, wind and clay gives our EVOO a fresh flavor and endows it with polyphenols, healthy fatty acids and vitamins. Our EVOO is obtained from hand-picked olives during the first part of the harvest, which are quickly cold pressed (12 hours max). It is a blend obtained from original Tuscan cultivars moraoilo, leccino and frantoio: medium fruity, bitter and spicy. It is harmonic with notes of fruit, grass and artichoke.

We are a family company located in Impruneta at the gate of Florence. The mill is surrounded by old and authoctonal olive trees (leccino, pendolino and moraiolo).
The owners are two young sisters, graduated in physics and wildlife sciences that decided to dedicate themselves to their land. Our lands are managed by sustainable agriculture techniques and our olives are hand-picked and cold pressed in max 12 hours using modern technologies (decanter).
