Located in Ferreira do Alentejo, our olive oil mill seeks to combine technology with productivity, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
Our entire production process adheres to the highest standards of quality and control, from the field to the mill, thus ensuring the origin of our products.
Visits to Lagar do Marmelo are accompanied by a guide who explains all the stages of production of our olive oils, from the olive grove to the table. At the end there is an olive oil tasting, where you can explore your senses, discover aromas and learn how to pair them with different dishes.
