Azeites do Cobral Frio EVOO is produced from three outstanding varieties from the north of Portugal – Cobrançosa and Madural, with a touch of Verdeal. The outcome is an unfiltered olive oil obtained with strict control of the extraction temperature in the various stages of the process. It is produced with olives harvested early in the season, with a very low yield of olive oil, in order to ensure this great product.
Azeites do Cobral arose from a merger between two centenary olive mills ran by two families with roots in agriculture and olive oil production. Since 2010, we have specialized in high-quality organic olive oils made from traditional Portuguese varieties.
