Our traditional Galega olive groves, planted in 1903 and 1953, are maintained through non-irrigated regenerative agricultural practices. Our olive oil is harvested early and cold-pressed to produce a high-quality oil with notes of green apple, green olive leaf, and a slightly spicy finish.
