Our extra virgin olive oil Bilini is a blend of Istrian and Italian cultivars. Our olive oil has a beautiful, intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is definite and clean, rich in fragrant hints of officinal herbs with a distinct note of mint, rosemary and sage. Its taste is round and strong, with an ample vegetal flavor of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce, together with notes of almond and cinnamon.

On the land we inherited from our ancestors, my grandfather planted olive groves in the village of Rakovci in Istria, Croatia. These beautiful groves were the result of his fascination with the health benefits of olive oil. When the time came to take over the business, it seemed like the only possible decision was to educate ourselves and continue the work where he left off.
