Our oil is easily recognised by its vibrant green colour, fresh herbal notes, delicate yet fruity almond aroma, and soft, bitter finish. All of those aspects combined reflect the uniqueness and biodiversity of Sicily. Each bottle is exclusive, as only the naturally harvested olives are used in the yearly production. Our green gold is ideally used for finishing dishes, drizzling over salads or cheeses, or tasting as part of a gourmet experience.

Passed down since my great-grandfather, cold-pressed olives from the sun-soaked lands of Butera in Sicily depict what olive oil truly should taste like.
