Calabona
Calabona is an oil produced from centuries-old olive trees that grow in a plain by the sea of Alghero, caressed by the sea breeze and lashed by the mistral wind.
It is a mono cultivar extra virgin olive oil from Bosana, and collects the typical aromas and scents of this olive.
About Producer
The ancient olive oil company of Sardinia, has its roots since the second half of the 1800s: for four generations the FOIS family has been dedicated to the cultivation and production of olive oil. A tradition that ANTONIO GAVINO FOIS, current owner, carries on together with his brother Raffaele and a team that for many years has been taking care of the fields, harvesting and operations in the oil mill.
