Agricola Pannarale is a family-run agricultural company located in Torremaggiore (FG), in the heart of the Alto Tavoliere area of Puglia. For generations, we have dedicated our work to olive cultivation and the production of premium extra virgin olive oil, with a strong connection to the land and the local olive-growing tradition.
Our olive groves are mainly composed of the Peranzana cultivar, a native and historic variety of the Alto Tavoliere region, renowned for its exceptional organoleptic qualities. We also cultivate Rotondella cultivar for selected blends. The centuries-old olive trees in our estate are recognized as a Slow Food Presidium for Ancient Olive Trees, and we also produce certified PGI “Olio di Puglia” oils, guaranteeing their connection to the territory and high-quality production practices.
Our production follows traditional and sustainable methods: harvesting is carried out manually or with assisted tools, milling takes place within a few hours of harvest to preserve freshness and aromas, and the oil is obtained through cold extraction to maintain its nutritional and aromatic characteristics intact.
Our extra virgin olive oils stand out for their balance, complexity, and aromatic richness—with herbaceous notes, green hints of tomato and artichoke, and a pleasant bitter-spicy finish on the palate—and are appreciated in both the Italian and international markets.
