Chryse Athena is a hand-picked olive fruit from our own or selective groves under a pure, untouched, careful cold extraction process in a partner’s grinding oil mill. The natural oil is extracted as soon as possible, without the use of chemicals or excessive heat, and is stored with care. It is eventually bottled in our bottling facilities. Our raw olive oil is pure, unfiltered, and unrefined—no mixing with any other type of oil—so it preserves its nutrients and flavours, which make it delicious and healthy. It will surprise you. You can experience its quality by tasting the flavour and smelling the aromas that emerge when you open the olive oil container.

Ellania Agripro is a company that cultivates, packs, and markets agricultural products, always of excellent quality. Emphasis is given to the olive oil obtained from the area of Kyparissia, not far from Kalamata, from our own or select groves. It is processed in a family-owned grinding oil mill, then stored and packed in our bottling facilities.
According to a Greek myth, the olive tree is the blessed of all trees, as it was planted by Goddess Athena at the Sacred Rock of a city, then after called Athens!
