The intense fruitiness of green olive is complex, featuring herbaceous notes in the foreground and fresh fruits immediately following. Notes of green almond soften the artichoke, tomato, and olive leaf. Its palate is elegant, bitter in tune with the progressive but persistent spiciness, reminiscent of green pepper. Well-structured, with character, very balanced and harmonious.
