Dalma Oleum is an olive oil producer deeply rooted in the family tradition of the Lalin estate, where generations have been dedicated to cultivating olives and crafting exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
Located in Pakoštane, a distinguished Dalmatian region renowned for its superior olive oils and pristine Mediterranean environment, the estate reflects the authentic character of Dalmatia and its rich agricultural heritage.
With a limited production of approximately 400 olive trees, Dalma Oleum is intentionally focused on quality over quantity. Every stage of production—from careful cultivation and early harvest to cold extraction—is meticulously supervised to ensure purity, balance, and a refined sensory profile.
