Donna Cuncetta is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality obtained exclusively from Nocellara olives from Etna, grown and harvested in our Sicilian olive groves in the second half of October. Filtered, stored at a controlled temperature, under nitrogen. On the nose: intense, fresh fruity, with hints of bitter herbs, green tomato and almond. On the palate: Intense, balanced, structured, bitter and spicy, with hints of bitter herbs and almond.
