EDDA Olive Oil is made from aromatic olives of the Memecik type, which are harvested from trees in September when their beneficial compounds are at their peak. The olives are carefully cold-pressed within four hours of harvesting to produce the optimal form of oil. Our olive oil has a unique flavor with an aroma that includes fresh grass, and a bitterness and burning sensation in the tongue and throat. Its free fatty acid content, in terms of oleic acid, is less than 0.3%, and it has undergone thorough sensory and chemical tests by our team of experts.
