High quality extra virgin olive oil, obtained by exclusively mechanical means. A blend of olive oils from Hondroelia, Koroneiki and Megaritiki varieties, with balanced taste and aromas. The harvest is done manually and the extraction is done cold (below 27° C) on the day of harvest, without the use of water, in order to fully preserve the aromas and nutritional and pharmaceutical values of the extra virgin olive oil.
