Ell1a Early Harvest, is of Manaki variety. The olives are harvested in early October when they are still green. The olive oil produced is of low acidity, rich in antioxidants, a strong green fruity aroma, and a complex gustatory profile. Intense fruity with aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, olive leaves, and green almond. From its taste emerge aromas of tomato, herbs and nuts with medium intensity bitter and spicy aftertaste.
