Gentle harvest and handling of the selected, untreated and unharmed olive fruit and special carefulness in the olive mill creates our high quality “SILVAN Sonnenhain Extra Virgin Olive Oil”. It is very low in acidity but high in polyphenols with a fruity, almonds and freshly-cut-grass aroma and a peppery, slightly bitter pleasant taste. We are very proud of our natural product which ennobles every dish and is a pleasure for every olive oil lover.
“SILVAN Sonnenhain Olive Oil Manufacture” is a small family business which we, Silvia and Vangelis Ntokos Scheiblauer, founded in 2009 in the picturesque village called Parga on the north-west coast of Greece. We naturally cultivate our many magnificent olive groves with a lot of effort and passion. Our profession requires love and ambition for our work to produce the best possible quality in our “SILVAN Sonnenhain Extra Virgin Olive Oil”.
