From our olive groves, located in a privileged environment in Spain, we oversee every detail of the process, from tree to bottle. Early harvesting and cold extraction, carried out within hours of picking, allow us to obtain oils with remarkable aromatic intensity, freshness, and purity.
Each of our oils expresses the unique character of its variety and terroir, resulting in elegant, well-balanced oils with a defined sensory personality. We primarily work with varieties such as Arbequina, Picual, and Castellana, always seeking to reveal their finest expression.
