We choose to harvest early—before the end of October—because we believe that producing less yields something far greater: exceptional quality.
The result is a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil with remarkably low acidity. As those who’ve experienced it describe it, it’s “unique and exceptional, with a rich and genuine flavour”.
This early harvest marks freshness, essential for producing a premium oil. A fruity aroma and flavour signal that the oil has been extracted from fresh, perfectly ripe olives shortly after picking.

The story of Podere Bellezza is one of those life stories that enchant for their genuine simplicity and for the human values that emerge. To get to know it, you have to start from far away and move about 400 kilometers north of Mount Amiata , to Milan, a city that 30 years ago welcomed Bernardo and Antonella , the protagonists of this story, with open arms.
After a long wandering among the green Tuscan hills in 2010 they found the perfect place. It is at the gates of a medieval village of about 200 inhabitants called Montegiovi , in the shadow of an ancient volcano very dear to the Etruscans, Mount Amiata , that Bernardo and Antonella began to give life to their agricultural project by purchasing the first 4 hectares of land. Here, in the so-called Conca d’oro, where climate and nature paint a territory in perfect biological balance, the Olivastra Seggianese cultivar finds its maximum expression.

Welcome to Montegiovi, an ancient village located on a rocky hill that observes the majestic Mount Amiata with patience and silent wisdom. Cited by Cecco Angiolieri, the famous Florentine poet, this place has hosted the passage of illustrious figures, including Saint Catherine of Siena in 1377. The ancient walls that once surrounded the village have left indelible traces, such as the suggestive Porta Sant’Elena, which leads to the historic heart of Montegiovi, offering a breathtaking panoramic view
