This organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from milling Leccino olives. Green colored oil. The medium olive fruitiness shows a discrete aromatic complexity with hints of almond, apple and a floral note. On the palate it is sweet, with light bitter and spicy tones and an aftertaste of wild thistle. Ideal on cereal and legume soups, roasted red meats, milk-based desserts.

The company was founded in 1929 and covers a total of 15 hectares. Since 2004, our olive groves have been managed by adopting the cultivation technique with the organic method, which involves using only products of natural origin and the absolute prohibition of using pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The natural fertility of the soil is exploited by using limited interventions to promote biodiversity and excluding the use of synthetic products and GMOs.
