Our 500ml bottle and our 250ml bottle, come from our owned olive grands in lakonia, in the peloponnisos, from olive varieties “koroneiki” and “athenoelia” (a variety only found in the peloponnisos) and is better acid, 0.3% acid. the fruit is harvested with the least harmful methods for the olive, while the oil is extracted daily from the fruit, by the cold expression method, in an oil mill with modern machines, under our strict pressure!
