Gold of Epirus is a naturally crafted extra virgin olive oil from Epirus, Greece, made from hand-harvested olives and cold-extracted shortly after harvest to preserve its freshness and purity. Produced with great care by a third-generation family business, it reflects traditional cultivation, gentle processing, and the unique character of the region’s mild coastal climate. Laboratory analysis confirms excellent quality parameters, including low acidity and strong stability values. The result is a balanced, elegant olive oil with authentic origin, natural integrity, and premium quality.
Gold of Epirus is a third-generation family olive oil producer from the Kanallaki area in Epirus, Greece, near the Ionian coast. We care for around 500 olive trees across several traditional groves, some located on hillside terrain, where harvesting is still done by hand without heavy machinery. Our cultivation is natural and sustainable, with no chemical fertilisers used, and the whole family takes part in the harvest.
Thanks to the short distance between the grove and the mill, the olives are cold-pressed quickly and gently to preserve their freshness, balance, and natural quality.
