Our passion for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our desire to assure the high and stable quality of our products along with the sense of responsibility and respect towards the producer gives us the motive to continually achieve excellence. The production of qualitative olive is our priority and our only aim is our constant improvement.
About Producer
Our business was started in Heraklion, Crete in 1978 by my father, Emmanuel Fanourakis. A family business with love and passion in the field of olive oil production. At the beginning of the business the process of milling the fruit was done manually with the traditional Boxades, over time this changed from manual to mechanized. From 1981 onwards the whole process changed from manual-mechanical to centrifugal machines.
