Granpa Premium Trilye is inspired by the wisdom of our grandfathers and their love for their grandchildren. Our medium-to-large Trilye olives offer both flavor and health with their low acidity and high polyphenol content. Granpa Premium Trilye, pressed within an hour of being hand-picked, combines balanced bitterness and delicate pungency with light notes of fresh apricots, tomatoes, and freshly cut grass. Granpa brings respect for nature and dedication to labor to your table, and continues to uphold the goodness passed down through generations.

Inspired by grandfathers whose love for their grandchildren is deep and whose lives are as long as olive trees, Granpa is made with olives harvested from our own garden and pressed immediately. With notes of freshly cut grass, green tomato, green apple, citrus, pine, eucalyptus, and fresh unripe almond, Granpa brings the freshness of nature to the bottle.
Our 590-acre orchard in Muğla carries nature’s legacy into the future with everything from young Gemlik olives to hundreds of old Dilmit and Memecik trees, as well as pollinating Domat, Kalamata, and Delice trees. We carefully harvest our olives by hand, without causing any damage to the trees or olives; after harvesting, we process them within just one hour using a cold-pressing technique at 22 degrees Celsius, filter them, and store them at 18 degrees Celsius in chrome argon gas tanks.
