Our olive oil has a fruity aroma, a striking green color, and a delicate and pleasant texture. There is an intense scent of almonds, green bananas, tomatoes, apples, artichokes, leaves, and grass.We harvest olives in early and mid-September. The fruits are harvested by hand and transported to the squeezing plant within a few hours. The water in which the olives are washed is changed frequently.
