Produced exclusively through cold mechanical extraction at very low temperatures, it preserves the full spectrum of its natural aromas, nutrients, and health benefits. Particular attention is given to the timing of the harvest, the maturity of the olives, and every stage of the pressing process, ensuring optimal quality and the lowest possible acidity.
