The olive oil is produced in the Peloponnese region of Greece, an area well known for its ideal climate and soil conditions for olive cultivation. The olives are harvested early in the season, ensuring maximum freshness, intensity, and nutritional value. To preserve its quality, the olives are processed within 8 hours of harvest. The oil is extracted using cold-pressing methods, maintaining low temperatures throughout the process to retain its natural aromas, nutrients, and health benefits. This careful production process results in a high-quality olive oil with excellent taste, freshness, and superior nutritional characteristics.
Fabus SA is a newly established, family-owned company operating in the agricultural sector. The company is involved in the production and handling of a variety of agricultural products, including olive oil and citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons, as well as packaging activities.
With many years of family experience in the production of extra virgin olive oil, the company builds on strong traditional knowledge and expertise. This year marks the first step toward the standardization and packaging of its own olive oil, aiming to bring its quality directly to the market.
