ILMEA is a Swiss-based premium olive oil brand founded by Ilia, who grew up in the olive groves of Greece. As a child, he helped his father during the harvest, learning early what truly fresh, honest olive oil should taste like. Years later, after experiencing the disappointing quality of many supermarket oils, he returned to his roots — sourcing oil directly from his family’s region and trusted small producers.
