The history of Casa de Santo Amaro dates back to 14 October 1687 and is currently in the possession of the family’s eighth generation. Throughout the year, we care for the olive trees on our farm and harvest the olives in autumn. The olives are transported directly from the field to our olive mill and processed immediately using cold extraction. We make the storage and the packaging of our extra virgin olive oil! This is the way to ensure a high level of
quality.
