OPG JEROLIM is a family farm from the west part od island Korčula; registered 2005 as producer of extra virgin olive oil.
We are under Organic control from 2011. One year later we bought own small mill and organic certified it.
From 2016 we are included in ARISTOIL project. Analysis show a high proportion of total phenols every year.
We started 44 years ago with 30 olives and in meanwhile we bought 2 hectares of land, mostly under pines. We clean it and planted olives and also many different verieties, so we are able to produce essential oils in own small distillery.
