Extra virgin olive oil produced from the Diana olive variety, a cultivar first identified in the 1960s by Attilio Sonnoli through the careful selection of fruit-bearing seedlings. Recognized for its productivity, adaptability, early ripening, and notable resistance to cold, Diana has become appreciated for both agronomic performance and oil quality. This organic extra virgin olive oil expresses a vibrant sensory profile with high fruitiness, light bitterness, and delicate pungency. Aromatic notes of fresh tomato are complemented by an elegant floral bouquet, creating a refined and harmonious character.
