Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olive groves of the Constantis family, the oldest in Europe. A valuable product from the age-old olive trees of Enotis, exclusively from olives that are picked by hand, intended to satisfy the most demanding palate. Extra virgin olive oil with low acidity, rich in phenols. Monovarietal from Lianolia, Corfu, produced from early harvest olives that are picked by hand.
It has a strong fruity aroma, and tastes well balanced between a light bitterness and a mild peppery taste.
