This extra virgin olive oil cuvée is a sophisticated blend of carefully selected olive varieties, with Istrian Belica, Leccino, and Maurino standing out as the dominant cultivars. Additional selected varieties further enrich its broad aromatic profile.
The flavour is fresh and fruity, characterized by pronounced bitterness and a medium level of spiciness. Harmonious and well-balanced, this olive oil offers a wide range of elegant aromatic sensations and a distinctive tasting experience.
Kmetija Kante is located on the southern slopes of the Trnovska Plateau in the beautiful Vipava Valley. As a family farm, it has been dedicated to olive cultivation since 2011.
Today, the farm manages 8 hectares of land, cultivating approximately 1,300 olive trees and 1,200 hazelnut trees. In 2019, the family expanded its activities to include beekeeping, which not only provides high-quality honey but also plays a vital role in the natural pollination of the orchards.
Their farming philosophy is based on the principles of sustainable agriculture: minimal soil disturbance, continuous plant cover, and the promotion of biodiversity. The goal is to produce high-quality yields while maintaining full respect for the environment and the natural balance of the land.
