Kota
Kota is organic extra virgin olive oil from Nadin, a village in Dalmatia known as the most ecological place in Croatia. The soil has never been used for agricultural purposes, so it has never been treated with any chemicals or mineral fertilizers. The olive seedlings represent native varieties of olives in Croatian region Dalmatia, especially olive varieties called Oblica and Lastovka, both of which give authenticity and true Dalmatian flavour to the Kota olive oil.
