The overall philosophy of our family for the proposed products is straightforward: to create and suggest only products with particular flavours and quality characteristics (see This Is My ID Project). We begin with the work in the field and harvesting, and then proceed with their processing, standardisation, and storage. We carry out all the aforementioned tasks using the most effective procedures and within optimal environmental conditions. The facilities have received ISO and organic certifications. All the raw materials come from Ancient Olympia, a PGI region with valleys, hills, and numerous rivers that are ideal for growing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. It is no coincidence that it’s considered one of the largest rural areas in Greece. Our brands and packaging draw inspiration from the glorious history of Ancient Olympia. Ancient Olympia is a symbol of peace and sports, and it is the birthplace of the Olympic Games, which are still considered the world’s top sporting event every four years. Our family practices sustainable cultivation, also known as sustainable agriculture, and prioritises zero waste. Using crop waste for energy production but also as fertilizer for our trees. We’re pleased to suggest two collections we created for you: Olymynthos and Laurel & Flame.

With olives grown in their groves in Ancient Olympia, Peloponnese, the Karabelas family and their team work with love and passion to produce a range of high-quality, award-winning traceable extra virgin olive oils for their Laurel & Flame and Olympian Myth brands. The construction of their mill, the Olive Temple, enables careful oversight of oil extraction within just three hours of the olive harvest.
