Celebrating 40 years of dedication to the art of olive oil production, Anoskeli SA is a family-owned company nestled in the heart of the Kolymvari PDO region in Chania, Crete. We are committed to vertical integration, managing every stage of production from cultivation to bottling within our expansive estate. Our facilities include a modern 400 square meter olive mill, modernized in 2010, equipped with advanced processing machinery designed to preserve bioactive compounds and enhance the organoleptic profile of our oils. A 1,000-ton capacity underground storage unit, with ideal humidity and temperature conditions, houses 11 stainless steel tanks. Our 2,000 square meter standardization unit features a state-of-the-art automated bottling line capable of 10,000 containers per hour (250ml-2lt), alongside units for tin cans and HO.RE.CA containers up to 10 liters. We work closely with over 400 regional farmers, including our core group of 30 Anoskeli Olive Oil Producers Organization members, who cultivate over 30,000 Koroneiki and Tsounati olive trees, producing 300 tons of high-quality olive oil annually. These olives, sourced from the Kolymvari olive-producing zone, are cultivated ​​following cohesive protocols​ and sustainable practices. This comprehensive approach, combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship, ensures the unparalleled quality and authentic Cretan terroir in every bottle of Anoskeli olive oil.
