Mamidakis Estate comes from early-harvest Koroneiki and Tsounati olives from our family estate, which are cold-pressed in our olive mill within a few hours of harvest, preserving the freshness and nutrients of our olive oil to the maximum. This olive oil features a notably low acidity below 0,2% and a medium- to high-intensity taste profile with a persistent aftertaste. It is characterised by unripe aromas of fresh grass, olive and tomato leaves, artichoke and almond and intense bitterness and spiciness due to the significant concentration of phenolic compounds.
Anoskeli S.A. takes its name from Anoskeli, a small rural village in Chania, Crete, where the company’s roots and heritage are deeply connected.
Equipped with a technologically advanced olive oil production facility, the company specializes in the production, packaging, and distribution of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Kolymvari Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) olive oil.
