Why is it special? The crisp freshness of lemon in Mediterre Agrumato Lemon is made possible by our signature crushing process. Whole lemons are crushed together with Koroneiki olives in the traditional cold extraction process to release the essential oils of the LEMON. The two ingredients are crushed simultaneously in our state-of-the-art olive oil mill.
By taking over the renowned family business Papadopoulos Olive Oil Mill this year and
successfully integrating it into our Mediterranean Eurofood SA based in Athens, we have taken a
decisive step forward – it enables us to vertically integrate our olive and olive oil production. In
concrete terms, this means that we can offer you the highest level of transparency along the
entire value chain.
