Koroneiki olive oil is produced with care at every stage, beginning with organically cultivated Koroneiki olive trees grown using exclusively organic fertilizers and natural pest-control methods. Certified organic, the cultivation respects both the land and its ecosystem.
The olives are harvested entirely by hand to protect the fruit from damage and preserve its quality, while also safeguarding the surrounding flora and fauna, including trees, birds, and insects.
