We are a family-run business devoted to hand-harvesting olives and crafting premium organic olive oil from the Grillos region in the Peloponnese. While our family has been producing olive oil for generations, we only began offering it commercially in 2017.
Each stage of production is guided by care and dedication. The whole family participates, braving rain, cold, and changing weather conditions to ensure that only the finest olives are transformed into our signature golden oil.
For us, good food is about connection, and exceptional olive oil brings a taste of Greece to the table. Greece is not only the deep blue of the sea but also the golden hue of our oil – a true symbol of tradition, quality, and passion.
