Early Harvest Hojiblanca & Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium extra virgin olive oil produced from early-harvest Hojiblanca and Picual olives, collected between October and November at their optimal stage of ripeness. Cold-pressed to preserve its full aromatic and nutritional qualities, the oil presents a vibrant green profile with elegant notes of fresh olive leaf, aromatic herbs, citrus, tomato, green apple, green banana, and green almond.
A family story that is also the story of an entire land: the Province of Córdoba and its olive groves. We are the fourth generation of a family dedicated to producing the highest-quality extra virgin olive oil. Our journey began in La Rambla, in the province of Córdoba, Spain, in 1891, and today we market premium olive oil from Montilla. An early-harvest oil made from the finest olives carefully selected in the Subbética of Córdoba.
