It features a blend of two types of early-harvested olives (Hojiblanca and Picual) from the Estepa region, characterized by a rich sweetness and a vibrant retronasal aroma. It is perfectly balanced with a slight bitterness and spiciness. To maintain freshness, a "cold extraction method" is used within three hours of harvest. Oleoestepa’s unique special filter is also used to remove moisture while preserving important components.
