Our company was founded in the small town of Santa Ninfa, in the province of Trapani, Sicily, a place characterized by gentle hills, ridges, and valleys crossed by waterways. Santa Ninfa traces its origins back to 1605 and, after being completely destroyed in 1968 by the devastating earthquake that struck the entire Belìce Valley, it was rebuilt in the 1980s. Today, it is home to important companies producing high-quality agricultural products.
