This extra virgin olive oil is characterized by medium green fruitiness, medium bitterness, and intense pungency, resulting in a well-balanced and harmonious sensory profile. It is produced from the fruits of Buža, Karbonaca, Leccino, Pendolino, and Moraiolo varieties, carefully blended to create a unique and elegant composition.
In the heart of Istria, between Bale and Rovinj, near the beautiful Adriatic Sea, stands the Vanđelić estate. The estate is located at 50-90 m above sea level. Our family farm is bathed in many hours of sunshine, which makes our country’s produce exceptionally high-quality.
About 60 hectares of arable land grow 10,000 olive trees of various varieties, as well as plantations of delicious fruits such as cherries, nectarines, peaches, apples, pears, and berries such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and grapes.
