It presents intense aromas of green olives, with herbaceous notes and a well-balanced combination of bitterness and spiciness, offering a fresh, elegant, and authentically Mediterranean sensory experience.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sierra de Gredos is produced from olive groves located in the Sierra de Gredos, at altitudes between 800 and 1,200 meters.
The combination of local olive varieties—such as Barranqueña, Cornatillera (Cornicabra), Albareña, Carrasqueña, and Manzanilla—gives the oil its distinctive colour and unique flavour profile.
Equipped with modern technology, the production process uses advanced crushing, decanting, and centrifugation systems to efficiently extract the oil while preserving its organoleptic properties.
The result is a top-quality extra virgin olive oil that reflects both innovation and the character of its mountainous terroir.
