Ol Bol is extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives, whereby the fresh olives are subjected to an exclusively machanical process in order to preserve all the ingredients.
We are a young family from Bol, on the island of Brac, Croatia. Our first olive trees were planted during the war years, and we are planning to expand our olive grove in the next few years. Ol Bol is our olive oil brand born out of love for our traditional islander way of life.
